Before the blessed event...er, I mean Rendezvous, I'll try to get a list up with some potential "helpful hints".
Say, around June 1st or so....that enough time ?
It won't be a route in there...just a few thoughts, like......

expect black flies, maybe lots of them.

not to imply, I've thought of everything ;)
