Well, you know, the woods does teach us to improvise from time to time. That was how we stumbled on the bacon bit thing. The secret is to use just a few bits, or it does get over powering, and can be to much.  Something new I tried recently and found in the recipy area here at QJ is the toasted peanutbutter thing.
