I just posted a recipe for "Vegetable Soup Leather" that I picked up a few years ago from "The Geezer Cookbook" on   (You need to Login or Register.  I haven't checked to see if the website is still active.  There aren't many dehydrator recipes in there, but I have tried this one and found it very good.
The technique of cooking meats and vegetables separately in the stock and dehdrating meats, vegetables and stock separately can probably be applied to a number of recipes.
