Last time we went to Agnes, we had several dinners of walleyes and lake trout, cook the same way, filleted out and fried, with a coating of ShoreLunch.  Most preferred the lake trout over the walleye.  That's from a group of 4 who have had many walleye shore lunches.  The lake trout was great cooked this way.
