I purchased 1 lb. of that through Adventure Foods when I could no longer get Milkman through Albertsons, it was a pain to mix. I would imagine that it would be quite good if I could get past the lumps and since went back to the Milkman.

Besides, Milkman, as stated in my orginal post, is lowfat. Not Non fat. It is not at all white colored water...
