Boneless chicken breast, sm. can pineapple rings, bell peppers, 2 tsp. soy sauce, dash garlic pdr., and a pinch of ginger pdr. Drain pineapple, mix juice with soy sauce, ginger pdr.and garlic pdr. top chicken breast with pineapple rings, bell pepper, pour mixture over top fold up Al. foil, toss on grill over coals with pineapple side up, flip after 15 mins. cook other side 10 mins. check to make sure it is done. Serve over bed of rice.
