whatever the meal is be sure to pack out all the tinfoil. i don't know how many fire rings I find littered with little bits of tinfoil. i think that some people believe it burns away to nothing.

Tip for disposing of tin foil lined pouches (e.g, like many backpacking foods and several other food products are packaged in).

Don't put the material in the middle of the fire, put it on the edge.  In sufficiently close proximity, the paper (and any remaining food particles) will ignite and burn away.  You are left with an "in tact" foil film that can easily be extracted from the fire pit (when sufficiently cooled).  In addition, it will pick up very little ash, so can be compressed to almost nothing to pack out.

It you put it IN the fire, you are left with little shreads of aluminum foil, mixed in with the coals, that is nearly impossible to completely remove.
