That's interesting... what you did was trace yourself. (I think - If those results are intermittent, as in sometimes those last hops don't time out I'd inform comcast. I don't think those last 4 hops should time out.)

Anyway, you need to type quietjourney.com into the box.   (You need to Login or Register.

Wherever there are time outs is where routing problems lie.
