That is one fantastic device. I love it! After everyone's suggestions - here is what I ended up doing and it worked great. My son seamsealer and myself went to the heart of Quetico this summer and I got three alumium foil cake pans (throw away type) and took them along. I bought a bunch of cake mixes and corn bread mixes from Cub Food and away we went. I got the a lot of hot coals, set one foil tin on the ground, put some 1 inch diameter rocks in the bottom, set the other pan inside that one. I mixed the cornbread mix and poured it in the pan. Then I put the third pan on top - turned upside down of course . and then roled the edges all together. I place the contraption in the coals, and scooped coals on top - enlcosing the whole thing. Let it bake, pulled it out, and we had great corn bread, mixed up some powdered Jimmy Dean gravy, and WHAT A MEAL. This whole rig weight a couple of ounces, and we used it 2 or 3 times before we stopped and trucked it out with us as scrap. Worked great. Thanks to everyone for the ideas that culminated in this rig.
