I do remember one of the trips we had a sour doe batch going,WOW did that ever make some nice pancakes when it as added. I think it came of the sour doe batch at the Sommers Canoe base that they had gong for quite a while. Yah, cobblers and pot pies( biscuits on top )were a real hit . We even baked a cake for one  the guys b-days. BOy I am going to have to dig out the old trip journal if I can.
