Super tasty and a nice change of pace from the "usual" fish meal.  Simple, quick, easy cleanup.  

If you like to grill fish, just put the rosemary into the sauce and grill your fish, basting with the sauce.  It's really even better this way, I just hate to hassle with a grill and the extra cleanup when I'm in the park.
