Anyone wishing to read more about this truly amazing person & former President of the United States, Teddy Roosevelt, should pick up the two exceptional biographies by Edmund Morris.  The first, "The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt", covers his pre-presidential years & won several national book award type honors.  The second, "Theodore Rex", covers his two presidencies.  "River of Darkness" occurs a few years after his presidency.

We could use a guy like Teddy back in the Oval Office, again.  He'd have my vote in a heart beat!
