Solotripper, That looks neat. I have never seen a silicone pie pan. I does take some getting use to cooking times so your idea would work great. I did the same thing as you by putting bolts in the side to hold the flashing together. I have only cooked on it over a stove but I would like to try it over a cooking fire.
