Hey Vance,
     I presume you are talking about going to the Swanson river or Swan Lake canoe area? I lived in Alaska for 15 years and that was where I first went canoeing! Great trout fishing and at the right time of year I hear killer Silver Salmon fishing! We have not taken a large group in to any of the parks before but I would recommend doing what Mat said and label the packages of food for each day and each person as this just makes it so much simpler. Good luck and do watch out for the Bears as we cam across a paw print in there about 11 Inches Wide not long! :)
