What are your ideas for a quick and easy, no mess breakfast. Trying to keep the production down and escape for morning fishing without having a bunch of dishes or prep time. Something to pack ahead of time would be nice. I've done breakfast bars, oatmeal (tough to beat). Any other sugestions?

My son is vegetarian, so if you have suggestions for that, even better.
