Another idea we use early in the trip is cooking eggs in a zip lock bag. In a ziplock bag we drop in two beaten  eggs , we also add cheese and some pre cooking bacon. Then drop the zip lock bag into a pot of boiling water and wait.  We take the bags out when the eggs look nearly done and mash the outside with a fork. (Just to make sure the egg is throughly cooked) Once the egg is cooked it slides out nicely and you have a fresh omlette for breakfast.
