BTW - The Grape Nuts Plus works well with the Freezer bag Cooking technique.  In that case at home you would put the Grape Nuts mixture into a quart-size freezer bag.  In camp, put the freezer bag into your foam "bowl".  This bowl is more like a beer can cozy - ie a foam cylinder. Add the boiling water. Seal. Cover for a minute.  Open the top and eat.  Lick off your spoon, put the bag in your garbage bag, and go.
