I always use that as a joke on the newbies along on the trip... that we have to pack enough water for our 5 day trip in the BWCA.

Frozen stuff = heavy.  I usually eat the frozen stuff the first day and then dehydrated food the rest, but I also subscribe to the lightweight philosophy.
