That's the first thing I thought about when I read about making the leather pouch for the hot rock ;D
The article mentioned that scene and that's why the flap on the pouch wraps completely around assuring there are no incidents like in the movie ;)
Setting your sleeping bag/tent on fire and maybe yourself wouldn't be something you'd want your friends to hear about :-[
