I use a nice flat rock right in the center of the coals to cook pizza's every trip.  Carrying in the fixings is totaly worth it.   Nothing beats a pizza from a wood fire.   Also as camp cook it gives me a break.  All I do is make a bowl of dough, and everyone else gets to assemble and cook and eat their own.
