Where do you get the dried eggs? Do you buy them or make them in a dehydrator?
Onetime somebody gave me a 5 pound bag of dried egg powder that came from some government welfare program. They actually didn't taste too bad and would be perfect for canoe camping.  I've tried to them in bulk at grocery stores but no luck so far.
