If you've got time to wait for delivery (which can be a while through this vendor), you might try   (You need to Login or Register.  They cover the range from barely used (if at all) to ... next stop should be as spare paper for the outhouse.  

I commonly pickup a couple of books from here before I head out for a canoe trip.  It the book is in really bad shape, the pages make a good fire starter as I finish reading them.
