They look extremely well made and considering the Seals use them, should take a beating?
 The Chota's are $100, unless you catch a sale, a few bucks more doesn't seem out of line.
 I see that they have a sale on a low cut model, the Tide.
I don't wear a high cut boot, so if your not concerned about ankle support, the low cut one might be perfect as a warm weather shoe or with Brookie Knee highs a cold water one.
 JJS, you'll have to report how they work on your trip to the Back, that should be a good test.
I like that they're made WIDE, and you can adjust fit as needed.
I have a wide foot and have to buy bigger ( longer) than needed to get a good fit, which causes it's own set of problems.
