Some processed meats I take: pepperoni, hard salami, polish sausage, kielbasa, chicken in foil envelope, tuna in foil envelope.
Some recipies: spagetti with tomato sauce; boiled dinner with sausage, carrots, cabbage and potatoes; baked beans with sausage; chicken and tuna boxed "helpers"; boxed pasta salads; jambalaya rice meal.
