Yah...I know about the pita bread from the backpacking days, works good. But I am realing looking for a good crust recipe for home and trail-as I use the Outback Oven to make various gourmet creations on trail including pizza currently-looking to create those crunchy crispy pizza crusts in the woods for those fish pizzas. ;) Thanks for the info. Anyone?
