Which are the best lakes for lunker northern pike?

Sounds like you want me to give up my secrets.  

Generally the biggest pike are caught in the largest lakes in the lowest part of the water system. As you go flow further along in a water system usually you will find an increase in the productivity of a lake. Increased productivity = more food = more fish = better chance of bigger fish.

That being said the two river systems in the park, the Bloodvein and the Gammon are pretty good as are some other waterbodies off those systems; Sydney, Haggart and Irregular Lake for example.

Other things come into play as well, miles of shoreline for example. The more irregular the shoreline and increased number of islands = more shallow water habitat which is generally the most productive.

What do you consider a lunker?

I suck at fishing, I mean bad! but I routinely catch pike over 30" and Walleye over 24".

My son likes to go to government docks in town for an hour most nights and we catch a 24"+ walleye almost every time.

22 pound Laker caught this past week. That'll qualify as a lunker, but not a pike.
