OK....

I was up last week with my daughter.  A base camp type trip.....not too bad.

On the drive up, I started feeling kind of bad.  By the time we went into the park I was really feeling poorly.......Not the flu or anything like that.....no temp, but just feeling like CRAP.

We had 1 nice day, and then 2 days of CRAP.......35 degree overnights, and 50 degree daytime temps with 20mph winds.

SO......you're sick, COLD, WET......and windbound.

Do you stay a couple more days and see if it passes.  THE weather, the sickness, the wind......or PUNT.

MadNat and I had a 5 or 6 hour break in the weather, so we packed up, and paddled out.

A good decision, I think.........the weather was still crappy, and I guess it rained all that day, but cleared up the next.  

I drove 2000 thousand miles......2 days up 2 days back, and spent 3 nights, 4 days in the park......

What would you do?
