I'm with NHHawk, it is bad enough to have to deal with no cook kit, but the crappy attitude WCCO CEO had is unforgiveable in the realm of "service" business.   :o  When you have travelled a long way, worked out getting away from job, etc., and spent a lot of money....you are entitled to be angry when a mistake like this ends up complicating your enjoyment of the vacation.   IC
