Why thank you, db and others ...

I didn't mean to preach or pontificate ... but Quetico -- much like Kentucky's Palisades, caves, Red River Gorge and wild and scenic streams -- is a sacred place. Our ability to protect and preserve such places for our children's children and beyond hinges on our recognizing and assigning value to their spiritual attraction. God (or Mother Nature, depending upon your belief system), created some places simply to exist, and they should be allowed to do so, forever, with minimal handprints.  

That's just what I think.
