That's a picture served for unauthorized requests, basically your browser told the server the request is coming from someplace else and that image is now cached (either on your machine or a proxy server system like AOL's).

Solutions may include:
Refreshing or reloading the page.
Force refresh/reload. Depending on your OS - control, alt, shift, command ... hitting some modifier key while clicking refresh/reload.

Quit and reopen your browser.

Clear your cache.
