To me, it would be a successful company.

Possibly one like Fozzils, that makes a foldable, flat bowl that they advertise is "ideal for soups, cereal, pasta, stews – just about anything!"  Not sure about you, but I like my soup hot.

So, here's a company that didn't abandon the idea out of fear of litigation.  But, that's what makes some companies more successful than others.
