I think Whitefish or Tulibee.  Doesn't Redhorse have a wider, sucker-like head?  And maybe smoother sucker-like skin ?

RE: Bottle of Dressing, if it is glass it would be a bad idea.  But I also take a big bottle of dressing for a group trip.  I have never considered I had to re-package salad dressing which was in plastic already.  In a group you would use a whole bottle eventually and would be way less garbage than using packets of dressing.  Packets or those little plastic tubs with foil cover work good for one or two paddlers.
