Shoud have added this. Each bag I prepare has a "recipe" in it. The recipe contains what is in the bag and how to assemble the parts. Rice is pretty easy for folks to recognize, but pancake flour and instant potatoes might be confused.

Folks on this site encouraged and coached me on preparing my own dried meals. Cuts both salt and sugar. Well worth the effort in my book.
