QJ does decals once a year in Spring. I take the orders and send them all out the same day so I'll post here again when a month long window for ordering opens. Meanwhile, to keep things as simple and organized as possible -- If you want a decal enough to be notified via e-mail when you can pre-order them, click the notification link near the top, choose 'Topic Notification' and the board will send you an e-mail when they become available in 2010.
