Title: "Heaven's Keep" by William Kent Krueger Post by Jimbo on Feb 6th, 2010 at 5:40am
If you've read any of the Cork O'Connor series by Krueger you will want to read "Heaven's Keep." It's a real page-turner. Characters are strong, as usual. Having made my first trip to the Rockies last summer, this book really strikes home w/Krueger's great portrayal of the Wyoming I remember. If you've read ANY of books in this series & liked them, you can't miss this one!
Krueger captures the flavor of 1st Nation perspective. He captures the spirit of the north land (MN & other places north). This is an unique rewarding crime genre of its very own. I'll read anything this guy writes! Jimbo 8-) |
