Looks fine, but if it were me, I'd only do one rest day on Oliphaunt.  The Oliphaunt to Jesse day could be tough (much tougher in my opinion, than fern to Oliphaunt), that would give you a rest day after your toughest travel day.  Assuming you are going via Halliday to Jesse?  I've only done that port once, from Halliday to Sturgeon, and it was nasty in high water - it likely will be dryer in summer, but its not likely to be easy.
