Funny you mention Voyageur starts Preacher.  Our group references Voyageur breakfasts in a completely different light.  To us, a Voyageur breakfast means we wake up and take down camp quickly, paddle a few miles and then eat breakfast on the fly.  It usually consists of granola, breakfast bars, or similar.  Helps you get on the water before the wind kicks up.
