although this topic (and others) are often revisited, sometimes there's a specific piece or pieces of information that are still needed to put the puzzle together for an individual application. I wouldn't say priceless because were "only" talking about <100.00 piece of electronics. BUT. having batteries die prematurely, or some circuit fry on day 2 because a fuse was absent, or ...fillintheblank... collectively makes a big difference overall.
