Thanks for the cytomax tip. The weight is definitely adding up quick. Right now I have a fairly leisurely route set...but something is nagging at me to change it and take away some leisure  ::) Either way, I like quick no-cook lunches except on layover days or fairly short travel days.

Thank you everyone for your input so far. I do appreciate it. I'm going to experiment with different variations and will probably end up with a few of the suggestions packed in just for variety out there.

Weight and size are of the utmost concern.
