I haven't done your first option (quetico & namakan r's), but later this summer I'll be doing a similar route to one of your other options.
Putting in at Beaverhouse, then heading down Quetico towards Jean.  Then Burntside, Clair, Bentpine, up to Badwater and out.  If we make good time heading east down quetico on the first day (if there are decent west winds we'll probably make a sail), we may venture down to sturgeon from Jean/Burntside but probably not.  We plan on getting to some of these as well: Albert, Jack, Bee, Omeme, Wildgoose.

If you end up choosing one of your latter routes, you might want to consider doing them in reverse.  Coming back from Jean/Conk heading ~10 miles west towards Beaverhouse can be tough into west winds.  Anyone getting stuck paddling west on Quetico during high winds (like myself years back) might think twice about planning a route similar again. Heading west on the other smaller lakes could be more managable in west winds....Just a thought.
The Bee - Brown - Lynx area is very lightly traveled... the portages are overgrown and the area may be difficult for newbies.  But if you're up for a challenge go for it.  I've only been on Bee and don't remember seeing any campsites.
