i have used an aloksak inside a sealine dry bag.  dumped once and though the sealine leaked a little, the aloksak kept the camera dry.  have now acquired a watershed chatooga submersible dry bag with padded liner and am very happy with it.  a great seal and bombproof construction.  check them out at drybags.com.
