I bought the Exped 7 Delux (not the down version) for my solo this past August.  It was great--very comfortable and much warmer than my Thermarest pad.  With the built-in pump, I could lay the Exped flat and using a "CPR" technique, pump in up with about 80 compressions.  Easy to deflate by simply folding the bottom third and laying on the mattress, then fold another third, lay on it, etc.  Then lay it out flat and roll it up--takes just a few minutes.

Definitely recommend, especially if you find it on sale.
