Title: salty thinking

I am eyeing trying some salt water lures in fresh. This looks interesting to me. What do you think?

Cut the 130# leader at about a foot long. Should still provide decent protection from Mr. Pikie. Put the rod in the rod holder with it angled back toward the fish so everything tightens up rather quickly to set the hook. Braid would probably help.

The same company also makes these which are a big hit in the salt. Kinda big.........tough to transport but I would love to see it in action.

Big long snaky thing would probably bang a big one.

That ribbon-fish lure looks like a sure fire Pollyhumper catcher too me ;)

Apparently we have been mistaken in our references to pollyhumpers. It is clear from the current BWJ that they are more properly called Jackfish...

What were we thinkin'?
