Gota a wild hare idea today and decideded to head to S.E. (Padre Island area ) Texas for a little surf and sand for a couple weeks :) any tips or tidbits you would care to share :question ......Probly take the square stern canoe and perhaps the kicker for the lagune ;D.......30 years sience I been there last,so time to go again'''''''will be thinkin of ya'llll :D

Lots of sunscreen, and extra money for ice. Big Bend is nice. ;)

ahhhh...sounds like sound advice marlin [smiley=dankk2.gif]....

i removed the stern seat of the canoe, and in its place, i intend to use a reclining beach chair with a sunbrella attached ....it should provide shelter from the sun and will preform as Genoa sail should the offshore breeze freshen ;D
