I should mention that I don't hunt predators, but I've had some luck with squirrels doing this in years past. Sometimes they'll come investigate the commotion, other times it's all about just being quiet and invisible. Depends on the day.

I know it's sort of off topic, but what do you do with foxes and coyotes? I see the attraction for the fur, and to control the predator populations, but can you eat them?
