I thought this was interesting. I had some hesitancy about dropping it here but it was a quiet place. If you do meet another QJ member do it somewhere else than on Frazil ice.

Do not want to set up my camp near that. It would be bad to get up for natures call and step into ice water.

That's an absolutely fascinating video...thx, MT. I spent 4 years in the mid-80s in Sacramento on my initial AF tour and never got around to visiting Yosemite...but I did get lucky enough to find my wife of 22 years...hopefully, I'll live a little longer so we can both get the opportunity to explore parts of that great CA park.
