I'm guessing the Maligne will be full of water in the spring. We have already had a full winter's worth of snow and still have 2-3 months more to look forward to.
If you exit the Maligne you won't need a tow to the LLC village, it is just a few miles due west of Bell Island. You might have to plan to get there when an agent is on duty to get your vehicle out of the locked wire enclosure. :)
