You must be planning to at least fly in since your back in that far for a one week trip. Once you get to Wrist, your portaging should get better. Although your Amber - Nutria portage has some serious mud and the portage out of Mexican hat can have some moments. But it's an awesome route. I'll be coming out at Johnson mid June.
