OK. The 5 inch version is working fine.
The new 4 inch version is working fine. Now the 4.5 inch version made from 1/4 inch copper tubing & 1/4 inch dowel rod is working fine (with a single O-ring). I guess the sweat joint seal was better than I thought. Just needed a bit more lube and patience. dd |
