MA and Westwood both make good points. Satisfaction trumps all and sometimes that's catching the biggest and sometimes that helping someone else catch fish. Last summer I had a ball paddling Harry Oates into position where he could catch fish. I caught some too, but Harry "tore 'em up."

And sometimes cleaning/cooking them for the culinary challenged is rewarding too ;) I love serving fresh caught fish to a person who proclaims to hate fish, becasue their experiences with fish come from processed fish sticks or a piece of cod that had been frozen sometime in the distant past ;D
